I have read the Sponsor section on my training resource page for my training and understand what is required of me, or I commit to reading it no later than 1 month prior to my first team meeting. I am willing and able to carry out the duties and requirements necessary to be a sponsor in my area. Initial if true.

GAP Community is a faith-based non-profit founded and centered on the belief that all transformation comes from Christ and that being connected to Jesus creates the greatest possibility for abundant life. Our trainings are created and open for participants of all faith backgrounds, and we are clear about opening up the teams to people of all beliefs as well. We ask, however, that the Sponsor(s) and core team members (Team Captain, Admin Captain, Call Captain, and Prayer Captain) all have a clear commitment of faith in Jesus and that their beliefs are aligned with GAP Community (gapcommunity.com/beliefs). We would never want to ask our primary leaders to hold to/profess/submit to representing a belief in Christ if that is not what is true for them. If this is not a belief you hold to and you have questions about this agreement, we would love to have a conversation with you about any thoughts or questions you might have. Please talk to GAP Community’s Director of Communications for more clarity and connection on this topic.

I understand that once I sign this Letter of Agreement and I am given official approval from GAP to be a sponsor, that the training will be online and made known to the public, therefore putting both GAP, the trainers, coach, and myself at-stake for this training. Initial if true.

If I decide to cancel or reschedule the training, or I do not have enough participants to make a full training, after a trainer has been assigned and it has been publicized online, then I will be responsible for 25% of the trainer fee for that training, as well as full airfare reimbursement (if applicable) and 25% of the coach fee if you have already been assigned a coach. If I cancel or reschedule the training within 20 days of the training, I will be responsible for 40% of the trainer fee and 40% of the coach fee, and full airfare reimbursement. All payments are to be made no later than the last day of when the training would have originally taken place. Initial if true.

I commit to having made payment to the trainer(s), coach, and GAP admin fee no later than the final day of training. Initial if true.

I also understand that the rosters of participants and team members may not be used for any other purpose than that of the GAP training. Initial if true.
